The Woo 1984 is a print on demand store. That means, we only print the product you've ordered as soon as the order comes in. We're not contributing to fast fashion and waste. With that, we don't offer refunds on a change of mind. In the same way you wouldn't send your food back at a restaurant after the chef has made a meal especially for you. 

We do however offer a full exchange or refund on items that arrive faulty or of bad quality. If this happens, please reach out to hellothewoo1984.com with a photo of the item and we will take it from there and either replace your item or give you a full refund. Whatever works for Woo, I mean you.
